Creality’s new K2 series printers offer expanded build volumes and advanced features for 3D printing enthusiasts.
Creality unveiled its new K2 and K2 Pro 3D printers during the company’s 11th anniversary livestream at Rapid+TCT 2025 in Detroit this week.
The new printers will join the K2 Plus to complete Creality’s K2 series lineup. The main differences between the models are in build volume and heating capability. The K2 features a 260 mm build volume on all axes, while the K2 Pro offers 300 mm. The Pro model also includes a 60°C active heated chamber, which is absent in the standard K2.

Additional distinctions include the K2 Pro’s Ethernet compatibility and 32 GB of eMMC storage, whereas the K2 appears to be Wi-Fi only.
Both printers share several advanced features, including compatibility with up to four units of the Creality Filament System (CFS) for multi-material or multicolor printing. Creality will offer these printers as a combo with the CFS system.

Other notable features include 300°C extruders, step-servo motors on all axes, an “advanced cooling system,” three nozzle sizes, auto-calibration functionalities, onboard AI cameras, and a redesigned user interface.
The announcement comes one year after Creality introduced the K2 Plus, a 350 x 350 x 350 mm printer that essentially combines features of both the K2 and K2 Pro, with some minor differences like a 350°C extruder.

The launch of the K2 and K2 Pro models is set for the third quarter of 2025. Though pricing information is yet to be provided, market analysts believe that the K2 Plus will continue to serve as the mid-range model with the K2 serving as a more economical entry-level option and the K2 Pro as the flagship model.
More details about these new additions to Creality’s printer lineup are expected in the coming weeks.
