Singapore’s Phasio partners with AMIS to streamline 3D printing processes through integrated workflow software.

Singaporean software company Phasio has partnered with AMIS to integrate their digital workflow platforms, creating a streamlined solution for additive manufacturing processes.

The combined software aims to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and help manufacturers move efficiently from order to delivery. Phasio’s platform manages the entire production workflow, while AMIS Pro handles build preparation for various 3D printing technologies, including Multi Jet Fusion, Selective Laser Sintering, Binder Jetting, and Material Jetting.

“Our collaboration with Phasio represents a significant step forward in providing our clients with a seamless digital ecosystem,” said Kris Binon, Managing Director at AMIS.

With this integration, Phasio automatically transfers all necessary data into AMIS Pro when a job reaches production stage. Users can generate print-ready builds without re-entering information. Once preparation is complete, results flow back into Phasio, where job queues are updated and data is stored.

“We are thrilled to join forces with AMIS,” said Harry Conor Lucas, CEO at Phasio. “This collaboration is a natural extension of our commitment to enhancing user experience.”

The integrated solution facilitates processes and shortens downtimes by alleviating human faults and maintaining data integrity throughout the stages of production. Streamlining the process means that Teams are able to spend time on value add activities rather than on repeatables.
